Watch: getting started as a User

This is Demo Co, a sample company. You can open a private sandbox like this one from the organization menu. Only you can see it, and nothing you do in it changes your real company. Your dashboard shows your hiring work. Your next interviews, and what has changed. Your jobs, and how far each one has got. Then your candidates, and where each of them stands. You see the jobs where you are on the team. If you expect a job and cannot see it, ask its Hiring Manager or an Admin to add you. Most people do one of two things here, or both: lead a hire, or interview candidates. To lead a hire, create the job. Then build your team, and build your Cipher, the definition of success for this job. Share it, agree it, and finalize it. Only an Admin can invite people, so ask an Admin if someone is not in the list. To interview, you usually start from an email. Open your interview, and read the briefing, the guide and the Cipher. For a video call, the conductor runs your interview. Send the note-taker to your Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex meeting, and admit it from the lobby. The questions are on screen, with any prompts and notes from your guide. The transcript arrives as people speak, so you can listen, and add your notes. For a meeting in person, use the HireBest Interview Companion app. Pair your phone once from Account, then Devices. Your interviews are on the phone. Read the consent wording, and record. The recording stays on the phone until it has uploaded safely. Then rate the candidate against the Cipher. You submit your rating before you see anyone else's. Notifications and your email tell you when something needs you. The Academy teaches the method. And the help has each of these steps, whenever you need them.
