With HireBest, the AI runs privately, on AWS Bedrock, inside our own AWS account. So when HireBest analyzes an interview, like Dana’s here, the analysis runs on that private AI. Your content is used only to give you the result you asked for… and never to train the AI provider’s models. And if your policy goes further, you can run HireBest two more ways. A dedicated instance… your own environment, run for you by our team. Or HireBest on your own infrastructure, so the application and your data stay with you. Whichever way you run HireBest… the AI assists, and your people decide.

Your own HireBest environment, separate from every other customer, run for you by our team.
On your own infrastructure
HireBest is delivered as containers. The application and your data stay on infrastructure you control.
Where the AI runs
When HireBest runs on your infrastructure, the application and your data run there too. AI analysis uses a private AWS Bedrock endpoint, in your AWS account or in ours.
Whichever way you run it, the AI assists and people decide. HireBest drafts, summarizes and coaches; it does not hire or reject anyone.

Each organization is kept separate
Every record belongs to one organization. The database itself enforces this separation, not only the application. One customer cannot read another customer's data.
The AI assists. A person decides.
The AI drafts, summarizes and coaches. It never hires or rejects a candidate, moves a candidate to another stage, or sends a message. Your people make every decision.
Your content does not train the AI
AI analysis runs on a private AWS Bedrock endpoint. The content that HireBest sends to it is not used to train the provider's models.
Sensitive files never get a public link
Résumés, interview recordings and assessment reports stay in private storage. Each time someone opens one, HireBest checks that the person is allowed to see it and records the access.
Access follows your roles
Each person has a role in your organization and on each job. A confidential job is visible only to its hiring team and to your super admins.
Our staff do not see your data by default
A HireBest staff account gives no access to your data in the app. For support, our staff use a separate admin console that records their actions, or you add them to your organization.
A recording stays on the phone until it reaches us
The mobile app records without a signal. The recording is encrypted on the phone and excluded from phone backups. The app deletes it only after we confirm that the full recording has reached us.
Every change is checked before release
Each code change goes through automated security scans and tests. It then runs on a separate staging copy of HireBest before it reaches the live service.
Where your data lives
The hosted service keeps your data in the United States. The application and your files run in AWS US East (Ohio). The database runs in the East US region.
Traffic between you and HireBest is encrypted with TLS, and your data is encrypted at rest.
If you run HireBest on your own infrastructure, the application and your data stay where you put them.

We share data with these providers only as needed to run HireBest. This list is the same as the one in our privacy policy.

If you think you have found a security problem in HireBest, email info@hirebest.ai and put "Security" in the subject line. Please tell us what you found and where, the steps to reproduce it, and what an attacker could do with it.
Please do not access or change data that is not yours. Do not slow down or interrupt the service. Do not make the problem public before we fix it.

On the hosted service, in the United States: AWS US East (Ohio) for the application and files, the East US region for the database, and AWS US West (Oregon) for backups. On your own infrastructure, your data stays where you run HireBest.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. The content that HireBest sends to the AI is not used to train the provider's models.
