Henry monitors the interview as it happens and can flag when a question touches information protected by US federal employment-discrimination law; state and local rules may also apply (as at September 2026).
What is coverage tracking?
It shows which parts of the Cipher you have gathered real evidence on so far, so you can see what you still need to ask before time runs out.
Can interviewers use HireBest without an internet connection?
