What are interview templates?

Interview templates are the question lists that your interviewers use for your structured interviews.

HireBest gives your organization standard interview templates for each type of interview. They are named "HireBest … Interview Template" and labelled Standard in your template library. The standard templates cannot be edited or deleted, but they can easily be duplicated and changed to meet any specific needs you have.

Each question in a template can have prompts: other ways to approach the question when a candidate does not answer it. See What is a question prompt?
