Who has access to the admin area?

The Admin area is available to the Admins and Super Admins of your organization. To open it, click the organization name at the top of the sidebar, then click Admin.

Users with the User role cannot open it.

Each role applies only in the organization where the person holds it. See Understand customer roles and Roles and permissions.
