Supported integrations
This page lists the connections that work in HireBest today. A connection that is not on this page is not available yet.
Applicant tracking systems (ATS)

What the JazzHR connection does
- An Admin pastes a JazzHR API key. HireBest tests the key before it saves it.
- You choose the jobs to import. Each job arrives as a draft job, with its title and description.
- You then import the candidates of an imported job: name, email, phone and source.
- Data goes one way, from JazzHR into HireBest. HireBest does not write back to JazzHR.
- Résumés do not come across. Add the résumé on the candidate's record in HireBest.
- Sync Now refreshes the jobs and candidates you already imported. It does not bring in new ones. Use Import Jobs or Import Candidates for those.
- Disconnecting keeps the data you already imported.

Connecting a different ATS
When you start with HireBest, tell us which ATS you use and what you need from the connection. We then:
- Get the vendor's API documentation and a test (sandbox) account from you.
- Agree in writing what the connection does, and which way the data goes.
- Build and test the connection in the sandbox.
- Agree who owns each part of the connection, and who to contact when it fails.
Plan for one to two weeks from the time we have sandbox access. You can use HireBest without an ATS connection while we build it.
Interview recording and transcription

The bot joins only when you send it. You can also run an interview without a recording. See Recording, transcription and consent.
Hogan assessments
An Admin turns Hogan on in Admin → Assessments. Users then order assessments from the candidate's record. The candidate gets an email with a link to the assessment. An Admin must add a payment card in Admin → Billing before users can order. See Add an assessment to a job.
You can add a candidate's public LinkedIn profile address. HireBest reads the public page to fill in the candidate's LinkedIn tab. HireBest does not sign in to LinkedIn and does not connect to your LinkedIn account.
Not available yet
- Calendar connection, for example Microsoft 365.
- HRIS connections such as Workday or BambooHR.
- Assessment providers other than Hogan.
- Sign-in with Google or Microsoft.
The privacy notice names the service providers that HireBest uses to run these features.
