Manage résumés and career history
Review the candidate’s supplied résumé and use its career details as context for structured hiring evidence.
Who can do this
Job team members who can view candidate documents can use the résumé viewer and related career information.
Before you begin
Only upload or use documents your organization is permitted to process. Confirm that the document belongs to the candidate and application shown.
Review the résumé
-
Open the candidate record and locate the résumé or career-history area.
-
Open the document in the viewer and confirm it is legible and complete.
-
Compare extracted or summarized details with the source document before relying on them.

-
Use career information to prepare relevant questions, not as a substitute for evidence gathered in interviews.
What happens next
The source document remains part of the candidate record according to your organization’s access and retention rules.
Common problems
- The viewer is blank: refresh once, then confirm the source file is a supported, readable document.
- Extracted details differ from the résumé: use the source as authoritative and correct the record where the product allows.
- You cannot open the document: confirm your candidate and job access.
