Responsible AI and human decisions
HireBest uses AI to help people prepare, organize and understand hiring information. It can draft role-success structures, assist interview preparation, create transcripts and summaries, surface evidence and answer questions about work the signed-in user is allowed to access.
The decision boundary
HireBest does not make the hiring decision. People remain responsible for interviewing, evaluating evidence, applying their organization's policies and deciding who progresses or is hired. AI output must not be the sole basis for an employment decision.
Review AI output
- Check summaries, labels and suggestions against the transcript, recording and other source evidence.
- Treat speaker attribution as an inference, particularly for a recording made on one device.
- Correct errors and bring relevant context that the system may not have.
- Apply your organization's fairness, accessibility and legal review processes consistently.
Read the current public Responsible AI Statement for the complete description of where AI is used, its limits and customer responsibilities.
